Project summary relevant to Fellowship:

The unique opportunity offered at the IALS to carry on a qualified research in the mentioned law field has been developed attempting to give a contribution to the debate on globalization of Commercial Law. One of the themes is the “future architecture” of the Commercial Law in a globalized business world and its first corollary is how some first perspective could be drafted: is it the traditional approach offered by International Law that has to be used or is what we call Transnational Law that has to be used for remapping the corporate and finance law? What about the two main legal traditions in a cross-border commercial legal landscape? Are comparative studies the studies of similarities and combinations? And what about
environment issues?
